Graduate Research Assistantship in Geodesy, Remote Sensing, and Geophysics
The Geosensing Systems Engineering & Sciences (GSES) program in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Houston is seeking a highly motivated graduate student to work with Dr. Fanghui Deng to study the surface and subsurface features and changes of the Earth, including but not limited to land subsidence, volcanoes, natural and induced earthquakes, aiming to improve the related natural and anthropogenic hazard assessments. Students with background and interest in satellite geodesy, remote sensing, geology, and geophysics are encouraged to apply.
