University of Houston researchers, from the Department of Earth & Atmospheric Sciences, recently traveled to Oman to map famous ophiolites. NCALM was heavily involved in the project, which included terrestrial laser scanning and VNIR/SWIR hyperspectral imaging. Read the EAS article here.
